IS THERE A SAFER SOLUTION FOR CLEANING THE COOKING SURFACE OF YOUR GRILL?

In 1998, David Lancaster decided to find the answer to this simple question in response to all the inquires he was getting while working at his family’s hearth & patio retail store.

He soon created a non-toxic, biodegradable safe degreaser that worked extremely well on the tough grease stains typically associated with BBQ grills and began bottling it in his kitchen sink.

Bryson Industries, Inc. registered for incorporation on September 11th, 2001 on the strength of the CitruSafe formula to fill a need in the growing grilling market.

In 2005, David’s brother Tommy joined the company to help develop their soon-to-be signature shrink sleeve process. This process not only set their products apart, but also ended up using 30-50% less resources than traditional steam methods. This technology greatly improved the shelf presence of the product and store sales increased by as much as 56%.

From 2006-2009, the CitruSafe & CitruShine continued to gain shelf space across the country with national distribution in Lowes, Kroger, Sears, K-Mart, Best Buy and many others. They also caught the attention of national and international brands like GE, Whirlpool, Brookstone, and several others.

In 2012, Bryson secured the licensing for Weber Cleaners and in just 12 months had 7 different products developed and placed in retailers such as ACE, True Value, Home Depot, Costco, Walmart and others. In 2013, Bryson secured licensing for Pella Window Corporation.

From its humble beginnings in a literal kitchen sink, Bryson Industries has expanded into additional categories, including odor control, household cleaning products, dialysis drain maintenance, and more! Throughout their expansion, the focus has remained the same: creating top-of-the-line specialty cleaning products that are safe, effective, and made in the USA.
